Examples of my past work are being added daily. Please view these pieces as just a sampling of my capabilities – it would be close to impossible to include everything from my 10+ year career!
Branding Concepts for Landlord Clients
The Jones Lang LaSalle Marketing Team was tasked with marketing major buildings across Massachusetts to aide the Brokerage Team with leasing the buildings. It is a huge bonus to both the brokers and landlords to have such a talented team of designers and event planners working along side them. We would brainstorm logos, taglines, and brand elements before moving on to the collateral suite. All collateral pieces would be featured at the brokers open-houses and used at showings.
Boston Skyline Review
This multi-fold, off-set printed brochure was used in corporate marketing for both the Boston and Cambridge markets. It showed all available space, color coded to designate direct availability vs. a sublease and included statistics and a market overview. The Skyline Review was one of the premier pieces that the Marketing Department produced. I managed the process from start to finish, coordinating with Research and the Brokerage Team to gather information, overseeing all proofing and press checks. It was mailed out using custom envelopes to current and prospective clients across the market.
JLL Corporate Ad Campaign
A corporate ad for Jones Lang LaSalle featured in the Green Building Supplement to the Boston Business Journal.
Jones Lang LaSalle had a very robust set of brand guidelines. Working within those guidelines I was able to design an ad that highlighted the firm’s commitment to green building practices.
Tower Point Brochure
JLL was hired by Meritage Properties, the owners of Tower Point in Boston’s Seaport District to lease the building. I designed the brochure using professional photos taken of the property, a custom map of the area showing amenities and their proximity to the building, a custom floor plan, and different elements of the brand. The brochure was used as a marketing tool to discuss the building at a Broker event held in the lobby of the building. I was also tasked with assisting in managing the event.
The tri-fold brochure was printed digitally, scored, and folded.
Advertisement in the Marion-Bermuda Race Sponsors booklet
Cranberry Print Marketing Partners had been working on a rebranding at the time and was working to expand its business. The advertisement showcased it’s new service lines while proving it was still the same company clients had depended on for over 30 years.
BHI Energy Logo
Working with the BHI Energy Marketing Manager I was tasked with the job of refreshing the BHI Energy logo to better serve multiple business lines. I combined certain “musts” such as the colors and the idea of the arrow wrapped around the globe with new elements such as the choice of font and the mix of upper and lowercase to design the new logo.
This logo can now be seen on BHI’s building in Weymouth at Libby Industrial Park.
Rob & Monica Wedding Suite
The couple’s wedding was planned to be a fun, festive affair in a loft space in New York City and they wanted their wedding suite to match their spirit. The wedding included soft seating, high top tables, cocktails, and a buffet-style dinner that was designed to be eaten while standing in-between trips to the dance floor. They were looking for invitations designed to be as fun as the event itself. Their wedding colors were yellow and purple which I used throughout. The invitation was sent with the RSVP Postcard that simply asked, yes or no and the Thank You Card featured languages the international couple spoke.
Working with Rob and Monica on their invitation suite was almost as fun as the wedding itself!
Save the Date and Wrap-Around Address Label
One of the perks of being a Graphic Designer is the ability to design and produce your own wedding suite. I designed the save the date card to be playful yet romantic. The fonts and colors were used throughout the wedding suite – including the custom website. The wrap-around labels were printed digitally with each guest’s address for a clean delivery.
Continuing with the theme of our wedding invitation suite, the main invitations and RSVP card were designed to highlight our favorite thing as a couple and the scene of our upcoming wedding: the ocean! I used watercolors to paint the designs, scanned them into my computer and laid out the fonts. After a few rounds of proofs to get the colors perfect the invitations, RSVP cards, and address labels (which were printed using variable data with each guest’s address) were printed digitally.
Baby Shower Invitation for #2
Samatha’s Mom wanted to celebrate her daughter’s second pregnancy with a informal lunch – because who doesn’t love a celebration!? We came up with this cute, whimsical invitation that matched her excitement over the birth of her second grandchild.
My client sent me the addresses as she gathered them and I addressed the envelopes and mailed them out for her. I was happy to give her one less thing to worry about!
